The Nigerian government has released the names of its citizens who died from Coronavirus (COVID-19) complications in the diaspora.
Abike Dabiri-Erewa, chairman of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) released the list in a video posted on her Twitter page and in a video aired on tv station by NIDCOM in their honour.
Alongside the video on her twitter , she wrote, “May the souls of our brothers and sisters in Diaspora, who lost their lives to COVID-19, RIP. May the Lord heal the world”.
Names of the deceased make available are:

Meanwhile, the Nigerian government has directed missions abroad to compile a list of Nigerians willing to return home and effort has been put in place further diplomatic engagement in that direction.
Upon return, They will be quarantined for fourteen (14) days, this being a measure to curtain the spread.
