The epoch making event will be under the Distinguished Chairmanship of Hon. Dr Francis Ottah Agbo, Member Representing the good people of Ado, Okpokwu and Ogbadibo federal constituency at the Federal House of Representatives Abuja.
The ceremony Will be under the Distinguished Leadership of Comr. Dogo Shagari, President, Arewa Youths Council as the host.
