Check who is eligible for the Ongoing Youth in Agrifood Export Development Program Grants

What Youth in Agrifood Export Development Program (YAEDP) Grant?

The Youth in Agrifood Export Development Program (YAEDP) Grant is intended to help the sector develop its capabilities. Entrepreneurs and cooperative leaders in Nigeria’s agri-food sector will benefit from training, market connections, and digital assistance through the program.

The Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) and Ribi Nutrition Africa have collaborated to launch the Youth in Agri-Food Export Development (YAEDP) program, a six-month program designed to develop the capacity of 15,000 Nigerian youths range in age 25 to 40 to participate in the export sector. This project will provide food entrepreneurs and cooperative leaders in ten Nigerian states, including Abia, Adamawa, Cross River, Edo, FCT, Kano, Kaduna, Lagos, Kogi, Ogun, and Oyo, with training, market links, and digital assistance.

The goal of YAEDP is to ensure participation. As a result, we encourage applications from underrepresented women and youth, including those with disabilities.

Applicants should be aware that this program does not provide participants with funding. Take advantage of free applications and programs.
