The Member representing Apa/Agatu Federal Constituency and Chairman, House of Reps Committee on National Inland Waterways, Hon. Pst Ojotu Ojema FESMI, calls on the people of the Federal Constituency to rekindle their hope, saying things will continue to get better.
This according to his Media Aide, Ekani Olikita is contained in a strong worded Democracy Day Message he personally signed, Ojema affirms the difficulty the people are facing, especially the lingering insecurity ravaging rural communities across the Federal Constituency, but however assures them that it will soon be a thing of the past.

“I want to first of all thank the Almighty God for making it possible for us to be alive to witness this year’s Democracy Day. I want to also appreciate you for your perseverance and resilience in the face of insecurity, high inflation and general hardship. I want to assure you that things will get better as all efforts are being expedited to tackle all the menaces confronting our nation today, just keep your hope alive”, Ojema says.
The Apa/Agatu Federal Lawmaker adds that, despite all the challenges confronting our dear nation currently, there is no alternative to Democracy which is the best form of government being practiced allover the world.
He calls on the people to embrace the spirit of love, tolerance and unity for peace and meaningful development of Apa and Agatu land.
The Op’UgboK’Apa/Agatu charges the people to be security conscious and report any suspicious movement to the security agencies for swift action.
He congratulates the people of Apa/Agatu and the entire Nigerians, wishing them joyous and peaceful Democracy Day Celebration.
