The world is full of people who others referred to as paramount, majesty, great achievers, unbeatable and other names depicting supper-attained position. Most of these people had ruled their world seeing themselves stronger than any other beings. These people are feared by other mortal beings; in the awareness of who they are and the powers they welded. Many nations have been ruled with men or women of terror-minded leadership. More nations are still under tyrants and blood tasting leaders. The irony of life is that all these people ruled or are ruling with mortality. Therefore, come a time an Almighty hands come discomfiting all their mightiness. The owner of these almighty hands is Jehovah God.

This devotional is introducing the readers to the “The Mighty Hand Of God.” It is considered very important to do exposure on “Mighty Hand of God” in this present age given how mortal leaders have made themselves gods of the less privileges. Many leaders – political, traditional and religious people have transformed themselves to satanic and inhuman leaders. Most of these leaders lead or rule without the fear of Almighty God. Laws are promulgated without recourse to the negative effects the laws have on the poor and the less privileged. Many of our leaders have turned real anti godliness and anti-Jesus Christ and God. Most of our leaders have failed in humbling themselves under “The Mighty Hand of God” (1 Peter 5: 6).

No matter what people in the world turn to, God remains Almighty God and His Hand remains the “Mighty Hand of God.” Subsequent discussions on this topic will touch areas in the scripture that attest to the fact that God’ Hand is “Mighty Hand” against that of any being. The beloved, understand this, that the greatest knowledge any human being must know is the knowledge of believing that God is Almighty and His hands are mighty hands. With all the mightiness of King Nebuchadnezzar, he got to acknowledge that God is mightier, after he was driven into the bush for seven years. He said this of God: “And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?” (Daniel 4: 35). Because God’s Hand is Mighty, King Nebuchadnezzar said that no one can stay His hand or say to Him what are doing?

PRAYER:

My Father, my God, kindly reveal to me the mightiness of your hands in heaven and under the earth in the name of Jesus Christ. Enable me to trust in the mightiness of your hands all the days of my life on earth.
