COMR. ONWE FELICITATE WITH MUSLIM FAITHFULS, ENJOIN THEM TO SUSTAIN THE TEACHINGS OF QU’RAN AND THE EXEMPLARY QUALITIES OF PROPHET MUHAMMED (SAW) BEYOND THE SACRED MONTH OF RAMADAN AT EID-EL-FITR

The convener and the national coordinator of Tinubu/Shettima’23 Polling Units Mobilizers and member of the election monitoring committee of th Independent Campaign, Onwe Edwin-Wisdom  has felicitated with the Muslim ummah on the successful completion of Ramadan fasting and celebration of Eid-el- Fitr.

Comrade Onwe who urge Muslim faithful to sustain the teachings of the holy Qu’ran and exemplary qualities of Prophet Muhammed (SAW) beyond the sacred month of Ramadan, said, being an ambassador of islam, Muslim faithfuls should continue in advocating for peaceful co-existence and the unity of Nigeria through the expression of love, forgiveness, tolerant and unity.

Addressing journalist earlier today, he said, ” I join our muslim brothers and sisters across the globe especially here in Nigeria in celebrating Eid-el-Fitr in commemoration of the completion of Ramadan fasting.
“It is a season of spiritual renaissance,  sober reflection and service to humanity.
“The lessons of the holy Qu’ran must be upheld and sustained in our lives beyond the month of Ramadan.

 

“As we approach the new  transition, I enjoin all Nigerians to pray for the incoming government especially, the president-elect and his vice for strength, wisdom and Political will to make good their campaign promises and bring Nigeria on the path of peace, progress and development.
